I am glad to announce The City of St. Cloud’s Parks and Recreation department is hosting our upcoming annual Peghorn Homestead Picnic. The event will take place on St. Cloud’s beautiful Peghorn Nature Park & Trail on Saturday, May 7^thfrom 11am-3pm.

It is a free, family fun event where everyone is invited to help us celebrate our community, our past, our present and our future. It’s going to be a lot fun and very informative! Many activities are scheduled for adults and children surrounding the culture of homesteading; bee keeping, canning, homestead crafts, horseshoes game, nature hikes, native plants, free seeds, live music, local food trucks, and a blacksmith demonstration.
