2nd Annual Tulip Festival & Heirloom Fair

April 9, 2023 - April 10, 2023

I want to personally invite you to our farm for the 2nd annual Tulip Festival & Heirloom Fair on Sunday & Monday, April 9-10, 2023!

Our 30 greenhouses will be bursting with amazing fruits, flowers and vegetables, and our gardens will be ablaze with over 100,000 spring flowering bulbs! We invite you to come and enjoy them at their peak.

I can’t wait to meet you and share these spring days with you at our BAKER CREEK FARM in Mansfield, Missouri. Last year, this event drew such record-breaking crowds from across America that we’ve extended this year’s lineup to span two days!

Get tickets ASAP! If you would like to attend the festival, grab your tickets quickly! Parking space is limited, and we expect to sell out early. A standard two-day parking pass is only $15.Large vehicles and trailers over 20’ purchase 2 tickets. Camping is available on a limited basis. As the parking lots are prone to flooding in early spring, trailers, and large, heavy campers are strongly discouraged. Gate admission is FREE, however, so carpooling is encouraged!

Enjoy two days of local food, unique vendors, greenhouse and garden tours, and old-fashioned entertainment as thousands of gardeners, farmers, and craftspeople celebrate heirloom gardening at our Missouri homeplace. Our amazing line-up of speakers this year includes:

  • The legendary Rory Feek the acclaimed storyteller and musician. Rory has written multiple number-one songs and is passionate about homesteading and farming. Most recently, he and his team have launched The Homestead Channel.
  • Our own horticulturist Richie Ramsay lives and farms full-time in his native Jamaica.
  • Famed garden personality John Kohler, the host of the immensely popular YouTube channel Growing Your Greens.
  • The famous Jess Sowards of Roots & Refuge Farm a popular homesteader, gardener, and writer.
  • Seed guru Joseph Lofthouse, Utah’s landrace garden expert, and master seed saver.
  • The acclaimed Lucy Hutchings, a U.K.-based gardener and author who grows a vast array of rare heirlooms.
  • Farm legend Mark Cain a founder of Dripping Springs Garden, an organic market garden in the heart of the Arkansas Ozarks.
  • Famous Dutch flower expert Carlos van der Veek is co-founder of Fluwel Bulb Company in the Netherlands.

Join us at the farm and Pioneer Village to spend a few days with our family and staff. Make 2023 your best gardening year ever!
