Juicing has endless health benefits, and it’s a wonderful way to get extra nutrition and veggies into your diet. Recipes can be simple and unique, and all the recipes featured in this course will contain four ingredients or fewer so you can whip up the best glass of fresh juice in no time. Cold-pressed juices include ingredients like organic beets, organic carrots, gala apples, cucumbers, mint leaves, organic kale, ginger, spinach, and organic lemons. Epidemiological studies have linked the consumption of apples with reduced risk of some cancers, as well as the prevention of cancer cell proliferation.
Each participant will receive a juicing brochure with recipes/benefits, one 12oz bottle of cold-pressed juice, and samples of the juices created.
